ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
(Preschool and Elementary Level)
01. Online, phone call, or face-to-face inquiry
➢ You will be provided with a list of requirements:
– Accomplished SOT Forms
– A copy of PSA Birth Certificate
– Previous school reports/progress records
– 3 pieces of 1×1 pictures of the student
02. Submission of requirements and settlement fees for diagnostic assessment.
➢ You will be provided with a final table of fees for the matriculation, processing, enrollment, and other fees.
03. Diagnostic assessment
➢ For Kinder and higher Grade level learners, this will determine their current level of proficiency in different subject areas based on a standardized test.
➢ A schedule of small-group face-to-face/online classes will be provided.
04. Enrollment
➢ Settlement of matriculation, processing, enrollment, and other fees. You may pay directly at the center or through online banking (BDO/Gcash).
INTERVENTION PROGRAMS
(OT, Speech and Language, SPED, and Transition Program)
01. Online, phone call, or face-to-face inquiry
➢ Submit the most recent report from a developmental pediatrician.
➢ You will be provided with the schedule for the educational assessment.
02. Educational Assessment
➢ The intervention team will meet you and your child to identify the target skills
and to discuss the available programs based on the learner’s needs.
➢ Settle the fee of PHP 1,500 for the assessment and PHP 600 for the initial registration.
04. Enrollment
➢ The schedule of sessions and fees will be finalized.
➢ You may pay directly at the center or through online banking (BDO/Gcash).
